Battery Point Apartments

Step Forward Communities, in partnership with Synergy Community Development Corp., is developing Battery point Apartments in Crescent City. Battery Point is 162 unit large family and senior property. The senior property will be available by fall of 2025 and the family property will come on-line in 2026
